Another feather in the crown of Regent’s success. RDDL has successfully handed over the project “Regent East Castle” at Shadhinota Sarani, North Badda, Dhaka on 21 December 2021. Though the joint venture agreement provided RDDL 42 months for the completion of works, RDDL gave handover of the project within 20 months from the commencement of pilling works. It is remarkable that irrespective of the COVID pandemic situation, RDDL is motivated in creating lifestyle with timely handover of projects. All the clients and the landowner are happy to get their apartments before schedule time.

Ground Breaking Ceremony of Regent Jannat was held on 15 February 2021 at Plot F-37 & F-39, Block-F, Road- 03, Sector-02, Aftabnagar R/A. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Chairman of Regent Design & Development (RDDL) Barrister Tareque Akbar Khondakar and other guests. RDDL shall build a 9 (G+8) Storied residential building with modern facilities & architectural work.

Piling work inauguration of Regent East Queen was held on 28 January 2021 at Queens Garden Road, Nurer Chala, Vatara. Chairman of Regent Design & Development (RDDL), Barrister Tareque Akbar Khondakar inaugurated the ceremony along with the presence of the landowner and other staffs. RDDL shall building a 8- Storied (G+7) luxurious residential project which will cater to the housing needs of customers whose job location is within close proximity of Gulshan, Baridhara, Bashundhara, Khilgaon.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on 14 September 2021 at the head office of Regent Group in Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani C/A between Regent Design & Development Ltd (RDDL) and Landowners of 7 Katha land of West Agargaon. Chairman of Regent Design & Development Ltd, Barrister Tareque Akbar Khondakar signed the MOU on behalf of the company. RDDL will build a 10-Storied (B+G+9) luxurious residential building with facilities such as Mosques, Kids Play Zone, Landscaping works & other facilities.
